Jennifer L. Ward

Jennifer Ward Hampton is the Managing Partner of the New Jersey office of Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C.   She concentrates her practice in civil litigation with a primary focus in the defense of employment claims on behalf of employers; professional liability/errors and omission claims on behalf of lawyers, architects and engineers, insurance adjusters, insurance agents/brokers, real estate brokers, title agencies; and director and officer liability claims.  She also specializes in defending condominium and home owner associations. 

Ms. Hampton counsels businesses with regard to workplace issues and policies, restrictive covenants, unemployment claims, and EEOC/PHRCA/NJDCR claims.  She also provides assistance to employers in developing customized employee handbooks, employment agreements, non-compete covenants, sexual harassment policies, and social networking and electronic privacy policies. 

Ms. Hampton is a frequent speaker on employment law issues for various industry associations.  In 2011, she was honored with an invitation to join the prestigious Council on Litigation Management (CLM).  Membership is extended by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.

Ms. Hampton was also selected as one of New Jersey Super Lawyers' 2009 & 2010 New Jersey Rising Stars.  In New Jersey, only 2.5 percent of young lawyers are named to the Rising Stars list through peer nominations and independent research of candidates.

Ms. Hampton earned her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in 1999 and her Bachelor of Science from Liberty University with an athletic scholarship. 

Ms. Hampton is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, as well as before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
