Elissa Westbrook-Smith

Speaking Engagements:
    Elissa Westbrook Smith has spoken on a range of topics from sexual harassment in the workplace, wage and hour rules, and bankruptcy, to groups like the Maple Shade Business Association, the Rutgers Club of Philadelphia and through Lorman Seminars. 

Extracurricular:
    Elissa Westbrook Smith has a very busy family which takes up most of her free time.  She has two daughters, Auralee and Annabelle, who are both active in school, music and sport,s and her husband Justin Smith is a Vice Principal at Cherokee High School in Marlton.  Elissa enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family, but also enjoys reading, cooking and walking her dog Maggie. 

    Between college and law school, Elissa worked a variety of jobs.  She taught English in Spain, trained as a baker, waited tables, wrote for a newspaper and was a certified picture framer for a time.  Working a variety of jobs for several years helped develop a strong empathy for people of all walks of life in all work situations.  She is a good listener and genuinely interested in the needs of her clients.
