Robert Morello

Rob is a Partner in the firm’s General Liability group. Rob first joined Hoagland Longo in 2005 as a college student and has served in the firm in several capacities. As an attorney, he has tried numerous cases to verdict both in defense of various types of personal injury actions as well as on behalf of injured is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Rob’s practice also includes the field of Education & School Law, counseling families and children in the areas of Individualized Education Plans (IEP); Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying (HIB) and other student/family school related issues. Rob also defends clients in criminal and motor vehicle/traffic proceedings throughout the Municipal and County courts of the state. Rob also serves as General Counsel for several different business and non-profit entities, counseling on issues of risk management, exposure and other related legal issues.

Prior to re-joining the firm, Rob worked in the Law Office of Pamela Hargrove in Wall, New Jersey and Clark Law Firm in Belmar, New Jersey, where he handled numerous car accident and personal injury cases from inception through trial. Early in his career, Rob gained significant experience serving as an intern in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office and law clerk to the Honorable Louis F. Locascio, in the Monmouth County Superior Court.

Rob is an active member of the Atlantic County Bar Association. Outside the firm, Rob serves as Head Coach of the Howell Predator Wrestling Club where he enjoys instructing and mentoring his students.
