Following my passion to guiding and advising seniors and their families to protect their assets and become informed of end-of-life decisions, I take pride in helping make positive change in people's lives. I work diligently to build and maintain my reputation as providing valued legal services to those individuals and families who are wisely planning ahead for their senior years and/or are overseeing the care of others. Given my presence in this legal and business community for nearly 25 years, I have deep resources to other trained professionals who I am happy to refer to clients.
Outside of my work, I enjoy traveling, golf, almost all sports, and playing with our furry friends, Jesse and Beauford.

great help with nursing home problems
Mr. Rice was very helpful when we were told mom had to be admitted to a nursing home. I had no idea of where to start .Mr Rice walked me through everything from start to finish .
