Stacy S. Cohen, Esq. is principal of Stacy Cohen Law where she provides a full spectrum of commercial real estate legal, services.
With over twenty years of proactively managing risks and maximizing recoveries on behalf of her clients, Ms. Cohen effectively handles environmental, zoning and land use and insurance coverage matters for clients ranging from individual property owners to Fortune 500 companies, and national and state professional associations.
By virtue of her longstanding representation within the petroleum and chemical industries on administrative compliance and cost recovery actions, Ms. Cohen is able to provide her clients with a working platform to pursue regulatory and legislative initiatives with technical expertise. Ms. Cohen also counsels her corporate clients on a wide variety of environmental risk management and property development issues.
While working in large AmLaw 100 and 200 law firms, Ms. Cohen developed a depth of expertise and in complex matters wherein she provided guidance on a wide range of environmental and real estate issues ranging from soil and groundwater contamination, natural resources damages, contaminant exposure and environmental permitting issues and compliance. In addition to her litigation focus, Ms. Cohen provides counsel regarding environmental cleanup, regulatory compliance, property transfer, and state fund reimbursements.
Ms. Cohen will work toward common ground in business disputes for mutually beneficial resolution but will not hesitate to protect her clients’ rights through aggressive litigation proceedings.
