I had an automobile accident in 2006 that was due to someone else's negligence. Alan went right to work once I hired him, keeping the venue where it was convenient to me (the defendant tried to move the venue to New Hampshire), gathering expert testimony, giving me constant advice, etc. He has never ...been too busy to take (or return) my calls - even now that the case has been settled.
