Review of Douglas Cody fighting for me. US Army against myself. (won)

I have recommended Mr. Cody to a U.S. Army Captain stationed in Fort Hood, TX. He also won that case. Mr. Cody represented me with the upmost professionalism and completes the task given to him. For the record he won my case against the Army.

Summary court martial reperaentation

I obtained Mr Cody's services for a summary court martial while on active duty in the U.S. Navy he went above and beyond what he was required to do and was not intimidated by the US government. He filed over 15 motions in regards to my case. He was able to do this because of the extensive knowledge h...e has of the military justice system. One week prior to my schedule court-martial the government dismissed all charges and I was exonerated of all charges. I then retained Mr. Cody to represent me at an administrative separation board after 12 hours of litigation hearings where he presented all of the facts the separation board found in my favor of three to zero I was retained in the U.S Navy with 12 years of active duty service. He even helped me with a congressional inquiry to have the negative marks and evaluations removed issued from my commanding officer.
