Timothy C. Alexander concentrates his practice on Civil Rights and other civil litigation as well as municipal court practice. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Tim earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey, in 2012. He earned an M.B.A. from Drexel University LeBow College of Business in 2008. Tim also earned a B.S., summa cum laude, in Business Management from Drexel University.
During the course of his legal career, and prior to joining Helmer, Conley & Kasselman P.A., Tim worked practiced as an Assistant City Solicitor for the Civil Rights Unit of the Philadelphia Law Department; he successfully tried Civil Rights matters in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Tim served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where he worked as a Major Trial attorney.
