This was my 1st home purchase. After i hired K.Gill , I didn't had to worry about anything. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my concerns and helped me understand the whole process. If you don't have any issue towards closing regarding missing documentation or anything then ...till then all attorneys look just fine. I have closed my purchase within about a month!! Everything was in line before a week from closing day, but 3 days ahead of closing we had 2 big issues, luckily i had her on my side. She aggressively approached the issues and resolved it to my satisfaction , always kept me well informed about progress or hurdles. I almost lost hope of closing on targeted date but she was positive and she did it!!! I made the right choice by selecting her as my attorney.Her whole team is very professional, helpful and courteous. 100 % refering to my family and friends.
