Won't ever use anyone else

I used this attorney for a traffic ticket, he got all the charges either downgraded to no points violations or dismissed. Truly a pleasure!!

Excellent

My lawyer john just took care of my girlfriend Cindy's traffic ticket this morning, had it dismissed! John has helped me out in various cases, chptr 13, traffic and other areas. He is my go to lawyer for everything. He is excellent, knowledgeable, very smart! I recommend John to those in need of a/ve...ry good lawyer!

absolutely horrible

In May 2009 I iwas charged with unlawful possession of a handgun while talking to John he assured me its a honest mistake it happens a lot I'm not the only person that this has happened to with an out of state permit nc resident at the time after paying his firm 1800 dollars upfront to handle my case... when court time comes I meet his brother William which seem to know absolutely nothing about the case at the first court appearance we pled not guilty for the second Court date I was not able to come to New Jersey being a North Carolina resident at the time was unable to travel that week William di Ciurcio stated he will get It Continued which he never showed up and after several days of trying to reach him or his office to find out the new date he informs me he didn't show and they probably issued a warrant never heard back from him or his office we ended up having to hire a real attorney to handle the warrant and the rest of the case my legal matter was settled in early 2011 I have made several attempts to contact their law firm with no success about at least a partial refund so from my personal experience with John or William di Ciurcio I would not advise hiring them for a parking

Bankruptcy attorney

I was impressed that this attorney answered when I called. Calls are forwarded to his cellphone.. I was stressing over outstanding bills and collection calls and he eased my mind over the phone and even more when I met with him in his office.

An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Reprimanded issued in NJ, 2012

updated on 12/11/2014

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
