My parents hired Jerry and his team around 9 months ago and it was one of the best decisions they ever made. My dad has Alzheimer's disease and my mom decided they needed to think about moving to assisted living. Janie and other members of the team gave suggestions on assisted living facilities... to consider based on their situation. When they needed help in the interim they recommended excellent home care services. My parents are now in an assisted living facility and Janie continues to advocate for them and help in every aspect of their care. She treats them like they are members of her own family. Besides the amazing service the firm provides regarding my parents' living situation and care, they also assist with processing of the long term care insurance claims. Jacinda has been wonderful working with the insurance company and has saved us countless hours by handling this. The administrative staff is also great to deal with. The scope and depth of their service surprised me, they are so much more than a law firm. That's why I would highly recommend them.

We met with Jerold one time in his office. He went over all the details regarding our long-term care insurance policy. Our policy got cut off by the company. He went over all the paperwork we brought in and discusssed our options and how to go about getting our policy re-instated. After that we c...ommunicated with Jacinda most of the time and she kept us informed as to the status of our appeal and how things were going. Jerold did call to keep us abreast of how things were going and what he was doing. Eventually after about five months of back and forth between the office and our insurance, our policy finally did get re-instated. We are very gratetful to have the policy back in force. We thank everyone for the work they did to help us in our situation. It was well worth it. If we need any assistance with insurance in the future, we will be contacting Rothkoff again.
