Carol L. Vassallo

I took my mother to meet Carol hoping Carol would help her and when my mother left the meeting she said...i think i found my angel. The case was tried in Philadelphia and the jury ruled in my mother's favor. We had fought the odds and won. We were so happy and so grateful for Carol my mother w...as in tears. Carol talked to the jury like they were her neighborhood friends and they never looked away. They laughed they cried and as hard as it all was when it was over my mother said she missed Carol! She did such a thorough job and you could see how she cared on a very human level for my mother even holding her hand before she testified. My mother died within a year of the trial and there was a beautiful bouquet of lillies delivered and a lovely note from Carol. So it was not just that she is a fabulous lawyer who dotted every "i" and crossed every "t" and won our case. She was my mother's champion. She had remembered my mother's favorite flower was the lily, she held my mother's hand and as she would always say before each day at trial....time to slay the dragon! She sure did.

I called Carol out of the blue one night and she picked up the phone. My wife and I were at our wits end and had a judgment against us without our knowledge. Other lawyers wanted nothing to do with us. Carol was very different. She listened for a long time. She got mad and then she told us she w...ould help us because she thought it was outrageous the way the judgment was entered. She had the judgment stricken, she then had the case dismissed and sanctions entered against the other party. We were broke and she knew it and she did all of this for nothing. She just told us to pay it forward. Or make a donation to an animal rescue so we did. We will never forget her fighting for us and her kindness and generosity. She is one of a kind as a really smart smart lawyer and amazing person. Great sense of humor and very larger than life personality. We were blessed she came into our lives and we hope she receives it tenfold.

I think very highly of Ms. Vassallo. She won my case, was very thorough and extremely, extremely bright. I always felt my case was in very capable and experienced hands. I always knew what was going on in my case, she returned telephone calls promptly, and it didn't hurt that she has a wonderful s...ense of humor. She is a really fine lawyer.

Miss Vassallo is very very smart and I was very happy she was my lawyer. My son was in the hospital during the case and she called me every day to see how he was and how I was doing. She always was positive and upbeat and it helped. The case ended with a good settlement and my son got better and ...now our life is back on track.
