Biography
Mr. Siciliano is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He practices in the areas of complex civil litigation, local governmental law, criminal litigation and military law. In that capacity he has represented individuals, corporations and organizations with regard to civil, criminal and governmental issues. He has represented public entities serving as municipal solicitor, planning board solicitor, zoning board of adjustment solicitor, municipal prosecutor and municipal public defender. A decorated military veteran, his legal career began as a member of the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps. He served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Department of Justice. As a member of the United Nations peacekeeping force in the Republic of Korea, he represented the United States government with respect to international governmental relations. His litigation expertise includes trial of more than sixty (60) cases.
