Louis Gerard Guzzo

I retained Mr. Guzzo to represent me in a custody case. Our case included a domestic violence report from the police and text messages between my daughter's mother and grandmother where her mother admits the boyfriend was abusing my daughter. He not only lost my case but he also lost me parts of my... previous custody agreement. The documents he prepared were full of grammar and spelling errors. He was an embarrassment in court and would be late to court appearances.

Mr. Guzzo at the time felt very green. He came from a ritz part of town, and worked for a large firm. Now was he that bad I couldn't truly say that but he would at times be almost a asleep at some of his appearances. He was one of those sort of attorneys that did not play all the facts out to his cli...ents, and kept it to himself. More like he was smarter then you and you wouldn't understand it sort of person which was at times tiresome. In the end he performed his job in a average manner. His pricing was fair at the time, when I let him go he tried to overcharge but with some talking to his firm we got that issued resolved. I would hope that he has improved vastly since his last outing.
