Ms. Stuart was extremely knowledgeable and had a great resume. She answered all my questions with ease and was able to help me through a stressful time in my life. Also, her prices were much more reasonable than all the other firms where I did my research. Whenever Ms. Stuart was unavailable to talk,... I was able to discuss the matter with her criminal law paralegal who is also amazing. In the end, Ms. Stuart got all my charges dismissed! I want to start off saying, hands down Kim is absolutely amazing. I had to get my record expunged in order to get my real estate license. I used Kim, she did it in 30 days and was very easy to work with. I didn't have an complications. She was very attentive to my needs and successfully accomplished ...what I hired her to do very fast and efficiently. I highly recommend her and will use her for any legal action I need in the future! She had a great assistant Landon whom I delt with at times. He was a huge help too and extremely informative and professional.

I had Kim represent me on a number of felony charges including possession, distribution, violations of probation, theft, shoplifting and FTAs. Not only was she able to consolidate most of my charges, but she was able to get me the most minimal sentences for each without having to go to prison and she... was even able to get some of them dropped. I highly recommend Kim as an attorney !! She was much needed light to my dark situation .. Facing a 2nd DUI, Kim was able to work with the courts and get me the lowest possible charge which resulted in a simple driving while suspended.
