I wasn’t quite sure how to begin writing this review because I did not want it to sound like any other review… Why? The fact is Kimberley is unlike any attorney I have met. Through my experience and the experiences of clients that I have recommended to her, we strongly advocate the use of her services. From my initial contact with her until the final day of my case (due to the court system, my case lasted about two years!), she has kept me informed and updated with everything... Rescheduling, confirming court dates and times, purpose of each court appearance, what my options were, what the repercussions were, she explained everything to me in layman’s terms with details. Kimberley is a professional, kind, informative, detailed oriented, knowledgeable, tenacious, experienced attorney. Step-by-step, for the whole 2 year process, I had access to her and her paralegals. I communicated with her via emails, texts and phone calls... Yes, I had her personal cell phone number. Of course she has many other clients, therefore, I did not expect her to respond to me at a moment’s notice every time, but she always got back to me in a timely manner and she always made me feel like I was her only client. I hired her to represent my son who was facing a laundry list of charges. To complicate things further, he was on PTI which was being violated as well. In the beginning, my son was arrested and was held in county jail. At the time we had chosen to stick with the public defender—who had stated that my son would have to spend the duration of his trial behind bars. We found that to be unacceptable so we retained Kimberley. Kimberly was able to get him bail promptly. She managed to have almost all charges dropped and was able to get him probation. She negotiated aggressively and landed us a fair deal. I strongly recommend Kimberley. I consulted many attorneys before I retained Kimberley. Some of them gave off a greedy vibe which made me downright uncomfortable. She’s not like that all. She even counseled my son along the way (which he greatly needed).

Me, my wife and our daughter would like to thank Kimberley for her professional services. She represented our daughter in traffic violation case that was very serious. This case was very peculiar and had many turns as discovery and more details came out. Kimberly was by our side and represented us all the way to the end until the case was pretty much dropped. My son had a VOP and we needed a lawyer to represent him. From the first day we spoke, she made time for us and was kind. She explained to us step by step what we should expect. She was human and showed real concern. She represented us on the criminal case and was able to have all the criminal charges dropped. And her portion was finished. The case was referred back to the juvenile court which does not require her apperarance. That last day of court she was not even supposed to be there but there was a few unfortunate turns of events and my son could have been held in contempt of court and put in jail. I called her and she dropped everything to come to court to meet us. Ms Kimberly was great and brought the case to a close that day. I will be forever grateful

Kimberly Stuart is the best attorney I've ever used!!!! She was very caring and very professional and she went beyond the call of duty to help me see my children again. I was facing a very difficult time as my children's mother was putting phony restraining orders against me to prevent me from seeing my children and Kimberly changed that situation, and proved me innocent with her professionalism and knowledge of the law!!! Now my children and I have even a better relationship and I own it all to Kimberly!!!

I want to start off saying, hands down Kim is absolutely amazing. I had to get my record expunged in order to get my real estate license. I used Kim, she did it in 30 days and was very easy to work with. I didn't have an complications. She was very attentive to my needs and successfully accomplished what I hired her to do very fast and efficiently. I highly recommend her and will use her for any legal action I need in the future! She had a great assistant Landon whom I delt with at times. He was a huge help too and extremely informative and professional.

Kimberley Stuart is very knowledgeable and takes her job very seriously. She really helped me out with my court situation. She was at the court house waiting for me and I was early, She told me in detail all of my options and choices I had to choose from. Kimberly helped me more then she knows.. my life came to an end when my son was charged with something he did not do but with Kimberlys help my 15 yr old son still will be able to go to college and write on his application no he was never convicted of a crime.. thank you Kimberly
