Excellent Attorney for Educational Special Needs

Ms. Amy Carolla is an excellent Lawyer for Educational Special Needs. She is familiar with all of the South Jersey school districts and gives an accurate assessment from the beginning of how the process will go with your district. She is realistic about settling vs. going to court. Although she is... expensive, she is also careful not to burn through your money unnecessarily, especially if you are careful not to require hand holding. If you are realistic in your expectations, she can be quite successful. We talked to another prominent attorney before choosing Ms. Carolla and we chose her because she was realistic, we wanted the services our child needed, not an aggressive effort to punish the other party. She followed that directive; overall we are very very pleased with Ms. Carolla's results.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
