My practice is focused primarily on employment law and federal litigation.
I have considerable experience representing employees that have been subjected to unlawful discrimination in the workplace. This includes representation for employees subjected to unlawful sexual harassment by co-workers and supervisors. Additionally, I frequently represent employees who have been subjected to unlawful retaliation by an employer for complaining about unlawful discrimination.
A significant portion of my practice also focuses on representing whistleblowers for claims brought under the Securities Exchange Act, the federal False Claims Act (“FCA”), and the Pennsylvania Whistleblower Law.
In addition to discrimination cases, I regularly handle severance agreement negotiations, employment contract negotiations, and counseling of new business ventures regarding best practices for labor/employment relations.
