I consulted Richard Cohen so I could become my sister's guardian after my mother died. He was recommended by my daughter and son-in-law, for whom he drew up wills. Mr. Cohen arranged to have the guardianship transferred from my mother to me, so I would not have to pay additional fees and court costs... to have new guardianship papers drawn up.
