I'm admitted in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and have been designated as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Fewer than 2% of all active New Jersey lawyers have earned this official stamp of approval.

I've taken on cases in healthcare, insurance, professional liability and malpractice (including claims against lawyers, doctors, and engineers), construction, tax appeals, and zoning and land use (including fair housing mandates).  

Here is a sampling of my notable litigation wins: 

• $12.5 million for securities fraud by a major Wall Street investment bank.
• $4.4 million against a hospital system for wrongful termination of a physician’s medical staff privileges.
• $1.85 million for wrongful termination of an employee.
• $550,000 for the buyer of a business who was defrauded by the seller.
• $5.5 million eminent domain award for a chemical company.
• $7.9 million for legal malpractice in a patent application.
• $2.25 million against a hospital for medical malpractice when an infant developed cerebral palsy.
• Struck down a redevelopment ordinance that adversely affected a shopping center and a hospital. 

On the personal side, I speak fluent Russian, I've managed a professional boxer, and I've shared cocktails with cabinet members, government leaders, and international diplomats.
