Christopher M. Campanaro

Christopher Campanaro began his legal carrier in 1994 when he joined the Law Office of Sal B. Daidone where he successfully represented clients in all manner of civil litigation including automobile accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, slip and fall accidents, Workers’ Compensation and Municipal Court.

Thereafter, he joined Selective Insurance Company in 2000, in the Staff Counsel Program for Workers' Compensation. As Staff Trial Attorney, his responsibilities included the defense of the Workers’ Compensation claims throughout the State as well as arguing cases in the Appellate Division.   That experience provided him with extensive knowledge of how insurance companies process claims.

Chris is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Workers Compensation Law Attorney. As of November 2014, there are less than 125 Certified Workers Compensation Law Attorneys practicing in New Jersey. He has been a member of the N.J. State Bar Association since 1995 and has been a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section since 2000.  He has been a past speaker at I.C.L.E. seminars on Workers’ Compensation topics.

Chris has extensive experience in the handling of workers' compensation claims from the pre-litigation stage, through trial and at the appellate level.  He has extensive experience in litigating Motions for Medical Treatment, the Statute of Limitations, the Going and Coming Rule, Occupational Disease claims, and Total Permanent Disability claims.

Chris graduated from Rutgers School of Law in 1994 and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from University of Florida in 1990.  Chris is very active in Marlton Sports and coaches youth Track and Field and Hockey.
