Real Estate: Sale & Purchase, Marlton & Medford

We sold our home through a Realator and purchase our home from a private seller. Ali and her office provided the guidance and expertise for both deals. For the purchase, she provided the necessary contract and coordinated all details including hiring the title company.

Professionalism at its Best!!!

I called the law office of Adam kotlar for an Estate Attoney after viewing the great reviews about Ali. I spoke to her personally. We talked, I told her about my mom passing away and I needed help handling her estate. AlI said she would hold my hand all the way through and she did. I had no worri...es. She was very professional and informative each and every time I called or emailed her. Ali kept me abreast to everything that went on through email and she even called me. I felt like she had my best interest. Ali is very kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. ALI took care of my mother's estate within a month actually three weeks. I high recommend her to everyone . She is a wonderful person and excellent lawyer that has her clients best interest. It was a pleasure working with her and If I had to do this again. I would definitely know that Ali had my back and would handle it with great knowledge and professionalism. Thanks! The Mchenry Family

Home buying?: Get an attorney no matter what they say

Ali and Adam went above and beyond. I was hesitant whether I needed a lawyer to buy a home, but now that I look back hiring Ali was the smartest decision I made during that process as I went into litigation. They not only walked me through every detail and set the expectations correctly, but also won... the case due to their knowledge of the law. I’m very grateful for their hard work and it feels great to know I have someone I can count on if circumstances so require.
