Richard DiTomaso, Esq. was admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1996, and was admitted to the practice in Illinois in 1995. honesty
Unlike reviews mentioned here, I found him a little questionable. Vague in answers and outcomes, and I felt something about him was little dishonest.
