Neil Ernest Durkin

Neil E. Durkin, Esquire was admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1992. He is also admitted to practice in the federal courts of New Jersey, the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law-Camden and Rowan University.

Mr. Durkin handles a variety of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accident, fall down cases, dog bites, construction site injuries, products liability and medical negligence.  Mr. Durkin also represents clients in workers compensation matters and employment discrimination matters.

Mr. Durkin was with The Bauer Law Firm and its predecessors for more than 20 years, the last eleven as a partner in the firm.  He founded the Neil Durkin Law Office in 2015.

Mr. Durkin has always been willing to travel to represent his clients.  He has litigated cases throughout eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Among the counties where he has handled numerous matters are Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Ocean, Mercer, Hunterdon and Warren.  In Pennsylvania he has represented clients in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Bucks, Northampton, Lehigh, Berks, and Lancaster counties.

For client’s convenience, he has satellite offices in Reading and the Lehigh Valley.
