Justin Howard Brown

Justin Brown is a member of Flaster/Greenberg’s Trusts and Estates, Taxation, and Business and Corporate Practice Groups. Mr. Brown focuses his practice on estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and estate litigation. Mr. Brown’s estate and tax planning practice involves advising clients in connection with wealth transfer, asset protection and business succession strategies. He also counsels fiduciaries with respect to their duties and obligations in connection with the administration of estates and trusts. Rounding out his practice, Mr. Brown's probate and Orphans’ Court litigation practice involves representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in will contests, fiduciary accountings and guardianship proceedings.

He graduated from American University Washington College of Law, cum laude, where he served as Note and Comment Editor for the American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law. Mr. Brown received his LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law and his B.A. from Washington University in Saint Louis, where he graduated with college honors. More recently, he practiced as an associate in the Trusts, Estates & Personal Planning practice group at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP.
