I hired Mitch Tarter to handle an important and very complex Landlord-Tenant, Owner/Partnership litigation matter involving a commercial property owned by family. My family and I could not be happier with the results. He took all of the pressure off my family and grandmother who was always worrying a...bout her partner and the tenants. The results were exactly what we were looking for and he was always in constant communication with us along the way. Mitchel Tarter as an attorney was nothing more than a waste of time and money to us. He has very selective short term memory even though he will promise you the world. He will probably tell you something like "Oh, that guy had problems." if you ask him about this poor review. Ask him why he's worked ...for 10 law firms in the last 5 years. Just horrible. He promised us a refund and we're still waiting for it. And suddenly, when I call him he does not pick up his phone. Spineless and useless. Very, very poor experience.
