Run away...and get yourself a REAL attorney!

I contracted with Mitch about a year and a half ago for a mass tort lawsuit against BOA. Turned out, the lawsuit was eventually filed, but not within the 3 months like we were told, more like 6 months, and by August of 2013 it was dismissed by the judge. Communication was spotty, never able to get an...yone on phone, emails routinely went unasnwered. He would pass me off to other people to email, and they changed as often as I change my socks. After the suit was tossed, he said there was nothing else that can be done but they would negotiate a modification for me with my bank. We submitted all sorts of docs, and then he assistant John Ellison stopped replying. So i emailed Mitch the other day to ask what happaend, and he sent me back a form letter telling me the NJ Supreme Court suspended his law license effective January 16th, 2014, and that MBS Litigation group is now insolvent. Great guy, huh?

Excellent Experience/Amazing Results

My company hired Mitch to handle a complex corporate transaction. We knew within five minutes of meeting him that he was the right man for the job. He kept us informed throughout the whole case transaction - and, he always came through on everything he promised us. We highly recommend him to anyone.
