Great Real Estate Attorney
I hired Mitchel for a very complicated real estate deal. My mortgage lender tried to foreclose on my home. Since the lender had given me a predatory loan, Mitch was able to leverage that position in court and get my a payment I can afford.

BE WARNED - don't pay upfront you will lose your retainer. Choose another attorney.
Mitch was hired to handle a mortgage litigation matter under the guise of a mass tort lawsuit. I signed a retainer agreement for $6000 Oct 2012 and have paid $3000 and he hasn't responded to emails, faxes, or returned calls and the lawsuit has never been filed.
