I am a Certified Elder Law attorney, one of less than 50 in New Jersey. We work with families to answer the question of "What happens if I die" to empower them to meet their goals with a focus on asset protection - whether it be due to minor beneficiaries, special needs, tax reduction, lawsuits, marriages, etc.

I have an Masters of Law in Taxation. This additional knowledge allows us to consider the third party in every transaction - the government. Our goal is to create plans to reduce the government's share of you assets to the lowest legal amount.
