review for David A. Ast

If you are faced with the dreadful prospect of a Bankruptcy, you will need an excellent bankruptcy lawyer like David Allen AST on your side. The way he collects all the facts and pieces of information needed, the detailed analysis of the case in order to make the best decision, and the attention paid... to the completion of the bankruptcy papers, combined with his professional expertise, makes him a strong defender of your rights in the bankruptcy court. In order to justify my opinion about Allen, I’ll bring an example from the court room. My case was scheduled to go in front of the bankruptcy judge, together with other bankruptcy cases. One of the cases was that of a young couple. Their bankruptcy papers were completed incorrect and were missing required information. Their lawyer showed up for only several minutes, just to tell them that he can not be present during the hearing due to the fact that he had scheduled at the same time a civil case with another court. He assured them that “all will be fine!”. Unfortunately for that couple, the situation was not fine; the case was dismissed and lost. Meanwhile the judge priced Allen for his professional presentation of my case. If you do not want to end up like that couple, you need an excellent lawyer on your side, and Allen is one of them.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards

  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
