Attorney: David A. Ast - one of the best I've ever used

In the last 20 years, I have lived in the midwest, west coast, east coast and dealt with many attorneys for various reasons (ie. real estate, divorce, general business, minor traffic tickets, employment, medical against my father's incompetent physician). I also spent literally 5 years helping a clos...e family member thru bankruptcy; attending nearly all the meetings in the mid-west USA with my relative's bankruptcy attorney - who, by the way, was very good. This all said, in all these years and with all these attorneys... I must truthfully say... Mr. David A Ast is one of the best attorneys I have ever had the pleasure of being represented by. He is smart and well educated - and by the way, earned his law degree from Cornell. He is trustworthy. He is personable. He is fast. He has a professional and courteous support staff. He does not "milk the bill" like so many other attorneys. My only regret is that there is only one David Ast; its unfortunate that he cannot be cloned. David A. Ast has helped my wife and I tremendously. We were able to resolve many credit and debt related matters and do it in a way that so many other attorneys previously said were impossible. In fact, I fired my previous attorney before finding David Ast. I recommend you choose David A Ast, you'll be glad you did.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
