Biography
I have practiced Family Lsw exclusively for the past 28 years. As a founding partner of Donahue, Hagan, Klein & Weisberg, LLC., I litigate complex family law matters involving issues including but not limited to business valuations, alimony, child support, custody, equitable distribution, civil unions, domestic partnerships, palimony, etc. I am an officer of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Commitee and the Morris County Bar Association. I lecture extensively throughout the state on all areas of Family Law including but not limited to business valuations, palimony, civil unions, equitable distribution, alimony child support and custody. I have been certified as a Family Law mediator by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education since 2001. I mediate private matters as well as court appointed matters. In addition, I am certified by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers as a Family Law Arbitrator. I volunteer my time as a Blue Ribbon Early Settlement Panelist in Essex, Union and Morris County.
