Mr. Citrenbaum is Counsel with the litigation department with an emphasis on insurance defense litigation.
Mr. Citrenbaum has extensive experience litigating liability matters including:
- premises liability;
- attorney and realtor professional liability;
- products liability;
- sports and recreation liability;
- and employment liability.
He participated in several cases that resulted in published opinions including Simonelli v. Chiarolanza, 355 N.J. Super. 380 (App. Div. 2002); and Seeward v. Integrity, Inc., 357 N.J. Super. 474 (2003).
Mr. Citrenbaum is well-versed in handling all aspects of the litigation process including pleadings, discovery, alternative dispute resolution, motion practice, depositions, trials, and appeals.
A 1996 honors graduate of the New England School of Law, Ronald Citrenbaum earned the school’s prestigious Labor Law Award and served as a technical editor for the New England Journal on Civil and Criminal Confinement.
