Worst attorney I ever worked with. I hired him to help me navigate through a very complex school case in which I accepted a settlement but then wanted out once I found out my previous lawyer left the agreement open ended - meaning the public school district we were fighting against for my autistic ...son still had a strong arm on where my son could and count not go. Joe knew that going in and seemed willing to help but once he got my retainer he turned into a screaming lunatic and actually said while on speaker phone “what the hell is so special about your son that you can’t just pick a school” My autistic son heard this and asked me why I hired a man who would scream at me. Unfortunately it was too late and he ended up billing me $10,000 for a weekend of work in order to file a response to the school districts motion. All total Joe billed me almost $17,000 for approx 8 weeks of representation. Everyone should avoid this man - especially women as he actually yelled at me to stop crying while trying to defend my sons disability and justify to him why just any school would not work - not something a decent attorney w compassion and understanding would ever do to a parent of a special needs child!
