Adam was terrific to deal with.

Adam was accessible for meetings and timely in his filings, on my behalf. The fee was more than fair. I was recommended to him by a friend who utilized his services and both of us have nothing but great things to say about him and his work. I can highly recommend Adam.

A Brief Review

Adam helped me cut through the legal jargon, making it possible to understand and work through. He provided sound legal counsel, explaining technicalities at the granular level. He always made himself available and responded to my questions immediately, sometimes well after office hours. I never felt... that I was bothering him. He had the ability to disarm my fears and concerns--I had peace of mind. I would highly recommend Adam. He is not only an expert in his field, but he is a man of integrity, displaying unequalled kindness and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Thorough communicator

My husband and I had very complicated bankruptcy issues. We were in the process of interviewing bankruptcy attorneys when we came across Adam Brief. At our first meeting, we were immediately impressed with how carefully he listened to our issues and how thoughtful his responses were. We hired him, ...and he exceeded our expectations on every level. There were different approaches that needed to be explored, and while at first blush some seemed appropriate, Adam made sure to thoroughly research and recommend actions. The process took a long time and he never ceased to work tirelessly on our behalf. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is an excellent communicator, answered all our many questions quickly and in detail, and kept us informed at every step.

I feel lucky to have found Adam...he helped me stay sane and gain back my dignity.

Adam came recommended to me by another attorney I have trusted for years. The minute I spoke to Adam, I literally felt like the weight of the world had been lifted off of me. It's likely you know how I felt if you are reading this. It sucks. He was totally thorough and explained everything so tha...t my wife and I understood. He certainly took our case to heart, and made sure he looked at every angle ahead of time. I credit our results to him having spent an inordinate amount of time preparing us and all of our documentation. The hearing aspect is such a tiny portion of the process, but it is easily the worst part. Adam prepared us so well for what to expect, how we would feel, what we would be asked, and I think I would have had a nervous breakdown if he hadn't. It is nerve-wracking. I literally felt bad for everyone else there that day, because I doubted any of them were as prepared as we were prepared by Adam. Before Adam was even retained by us, he gave us so much time and thought. In fact, he didn't let us hire him right away. He assessed our scenario and gave us a clear plan, path and timeline. But when the appropriate time hit, he was there and ready....and it was a weekend. And the letters I got scared the hell out of me. I left him a voicemail figuring I would hear back on Monday. He called me back almost immediately and calmed me down. During the process, he guided us well. There is a lot to get done, but he made it manageable. He was also patient and attentive. Never dismissive. Never rushing us. After our case was approved, I have had so many instances where I had a question. I always feel bad bugging him, but he is always more than responsive. But above all, Adam helped me regain my dignity. I didn't do anything "wrong". At least not on purpose. But yet I found myself feeling like I sucked at business, managing my finances, and life in general. Everyone I had to deal with to try and keep things afloat, and turn things around, tended to make me feel pretty bad about myself and like there was no end in sight. Adam is a solid guy. I'd recommend him and trust him with my closest friends and family. Call him. Seriously, while things don't resolve themselves in one phone call, you will immediately feel like things are starting to turn around for you. Good luck to you...I get what you are going through and know how you feel. It does get better.
