Michael B. Fusco

Michael B. Fusco is a New Jersey personal injury attorney who takes direct responsibility for the matters Fusco Law accepts. Over the course of his career, he has obtained more than $75 million in gross recoveries in cases where he served as lead counsel of record.

An honors graduate of Lehigh University, Michael triple-majored in Literature, History, and Journalism. He earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he interned for three distinguished judges, including the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

At age 32, Michael became Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction granted to attorneys who satisfy rigorous standards for experience, education, knowledge, and trial skill. He has represented injured people in every one of New Jersey’s 21 counties.

Michael handles motor vehicle collisions, unsafe property conditions, workplace and construction incidents, defective products, and other serious injury claims. He has particular experience with evolving issues involving rideshare services, e-bikes, delivery platforms, and gig-economy workers.

Michael is a past President of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association. Through the association’s golf outing, he has helped support charitable fundraising exceeding $30,000. He also speaks with students about the legal profession and appears as a legal expert on New Jersey FM.
