Jack earned his bachelor's and master's degrees, with honors, in international relations and philosophy from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, U.K., in 2002. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, N.J., in 2005.
Jack is a member of the American Inns of Court, the Republican National Lawyers Association, New York and New Jersey State Bar Associations, and, with his wife, is an active member of the GOP.
