Attorney Oviedo helped me after 9 years and 6 different attorneys were not able to help me. My case was difficult, I was ordered removed after losing my asylum case and because of that deportation order I could not become a resident through my us citizen husband. I entered with a visa, but that did n...ot matter. Two of the other attorneys tried to get the BIA appeals court to reopen my case, but they said no. Then the six attorneys tried for many years to reopen my case. My I-130 kept getting denied and there was no hope. I was desperate and sad. But thank God Claudia was able to help us. She is the best attorney. She prepared more than 200 pages for my I-130 and after many previous denials it actually got approved without even needing an interview. We just got the approval notice in the mail… After that Claudia got in touch with the ICE attorney and kept trying until she was able to do what no other attorney in all those years was able to do: my case was reopened and dismissed by the appeals court!!! So, I am now finally free of all the nightmare of my case. I could not recommend Attorney Oviedo more. She is the person I trust my case with completely. I keep telling her that even if she moves to Alaska or any other state no matter were I will go there when it comes time for applying for citizenship because I would not trust my case to any other attorney. Whatever office she is in, I will go there. Thank you so much for all you did. I am very, very thankful. I could not recommend Attorney Oviedo more.
