Alison M. Dunn is a family law and divorce attorney at Haber Silver Simpson & Russoniello in New Jersey. She is designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Matrimonial Attorney, a certification which is achieved by only 2% of attorneys in New Jersey. Since her graduation from law school, Ms. Dunn has been solely dedicated to the practice of family and matrimonial law. In addition to representing clients in contested matters, Ms. Dunn is a trained family law mediator and provides mediation services to assist parties in reaching a mutual resolution of their family and matrimonial issues. Ms. Dunn is also a collaboratively trained attorney who assists clients in resolving their matters through the collaborative process.
Ms. Dunn received her J.D. from William & Mary School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Dunn served as Articles Editor for the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal and as a Graduate Research Fellow in the areas of Family Law and Therapeutic Jurisprudence. She also participated as an advocate for the Domestic Violence Clinic of the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia providing legal services to local residents. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Dunn received a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.
Before entering private practice, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael Paul Wright, Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part in Morris County.
