I worked with Diane to request the emancipation of 2 of 3 children who had finished college, adjust my child support commitment and arrange for the eventual emancipation of my 3rd child after his college graduation in a years time. My ex-wife and her council agreed (after a waste of time and money...) to our original request ... 9 months later. Throughout the entire exercise, Diane stayed focused on the family guidelines/rules/laws and was very reluctant to consider adding drama or extraneous information to any of our court writings and discussions. A few months ago I was faced with the decision of getting a divorce. I tried this five years ago unsuccessfully and I found myself faced with this decision again. The day of the hearing she met with me beforehand to ease my mind and tell me what to expect. I was well prepared. Throughout the hearing she kept my eye contact which was really comforting and encouraging for me to continue. Although she didn’t have to, she went through each part of the settlement agreement so that no one is able to question its contents, or say they missed information. She was so organized and thorough even someone who didn’t know the case could get everything they needed out of her presentation and questioning. Even afterward, Diane is kind, compassionate and quick in responding to any of my questions. I was able to get what was needed to support my kids and myseIf without a long drawn out battle. would highly recommend Diane Mc Neill to anyone who is thinking about getting a divorce.
