After not being able to follow through on a documentation request, I expressed my displeasure at Kevin DeFilippis and he chose to drop me as a client rather than to perform the standard simple real estate transaction. He continued to state that my divorce proceedings were an area he had no knowledg...e, and was unable to process a simple title transaction. Even after consulting a divorce attorney, it turned out his advice was totally incorrect. After Kevin notified me he was dropping me as a client I hired another real estate attorney suggested by the same realtor and that attorney took care of my concerns, got everything done in to my specifications in just 3 days. Every aspect of my concerns Kevin could not address were handled by another real estate attorney in just days. Keven failed. And then he had the nerve to send me a bill after quitting on me. LOL.
