I handle domestic and international tax matters. I have extensive transactional experience in planning mergers and acquisitions; executive compensation arrangements; and advising both U.S. and foreign corporations on sophisticated tax issues.I also handle individual tax matters including audits, tax controversies, appeals, non filers and offshore accounts.

I provide comprehensive estate planning for families and business succession. I handle international estate planning; I work with families with special needs situations. I handle both simple and complex estates.

I represent Executors and Administrators through all phases in the probate process. I prepare estate and inheritance tax returns. I deal with issues with creditors and beneficiaries. I represent estates in litigation over undue influence and other aspects of estate litigation.
