Non responsive to telephone calls or written correspondence

I hired Mr D'Alessio to defend me.. since the case involved a two state situation, I had to hire a attorney group one week later who were licensed to practice in both NJ and NY. I had paid Mr D'Asessio $ 2000 a retainer, he only made one phone call for the case before I switched to the new group.. ...I requested a partial refund, he never returned my phone calls or letter. He is a poor example of how attorneys should act.
