Harris Scott Feldman

Harris S. Feldman is a Partner of Blume Forte Fried Zerres & Molinari P.C., and is designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Lawyer.

Working on behalf of his clients Harris has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts. As a result, his work has also resulted in the payment of hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees to referring lawyers. His practice is concentrated in automobile product defects, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, inadequate security and general negligence matters. Harris has been designated a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, an independent lawyer ratings service; in the fields of personal injury, medical malpractice & product liability.

While working on a wide variety of cases, Harris has developed a particular expertise in complex automobile defect cases. Those cases involve injuries and deaths caused during preventable accidents such as vehicle rollovers, and involve defective vehicle components including seat belts, airbags and tires.

Mr. Feldman has lectured to local and national legal organizations on the topic of defective airbag systems, automobile defects and trucking litigation.

He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, The American Association for Justice and the Bergen County Inns of Court.
