David W. Trombadore

David Trombadore is a family law attorney with Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group. Mr. Trombadore has over twenty-five years of experience assisting clients with their divorce and family law matters, including complex asset division, alimony, contested child custody, special needs trusts, adoption, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, post-divorce modifications and all other related family law matters.

Mr. Trombadore understands that going through a divorce or family law matter is a difficult process with each client having their own set of unique needs. Mr. Trombadore creates successful outcomes for his clients by listening carefully to their desired outcomes and applying his experience to meet those needs. During what he knows can be an incredibly difficult and pressing time in his clients’ lives, Mr. Trombadore prioritizes attentive and prompt service as the key to helping his clients stay confident and informed from start to finish in their matters.

Throughout his many years of practice, Mr. Trombadore has assisted his clients in high value/high conflict cases, high conflict custody and parenting time matters, and other contested matters resolved through arbitration and trial. However, Mr. Trombadore is also highly skilled in helping his clients avoid expensive litigation by pursuing alternative methods of dispute resolution, such as mediation and collaboration. As a qualified court approved mediator and trained collaborative divorce attorney, Mr. Trombadore will always seek out low conflict methods to resolve his clients matters outside the courtroom whenever possible.

Mr. Trombadore started practicing law in New Jersey in 1995, focusing his practice on family law as well as land use and real estate law, estate planning, and commercial transactions and litigation. Driven by his passion for helping families and individuals going through personal legal matters, Mr. Trombadore ultimately transitioned his practice to exclusively focus on family law.

The breadth and depth of Mr. Trombadore’s background has proven invaluable to his family law clients, including his significant experience with business and finance-related issues that often arise in family law, such as real estate and business valuations, special needs trusts, understanding and interpreting complex financial statements, business and individual tax returns, and dividing and winding down business interests.
