Got a complicated closing done with ease and professionalism.

Excellent professional, courteous service. Handled a complicated closing for me (executor of an estate in another state) where the property was located on land leased from the State of New Jersey. Joyce handled all of the hurdles with skill. Highly Recommended

Sensible, approachable, yet firm.

When it came time for me to sell my home the first and only lawyer I considered was Joyce. Why? Because I'm also a lawyer and I've had the experience of being on opposite sides of many deals with Joyce. Even in the most difficult deals, she was always reasonable, approachable, savvy, professional and... creative. I knew that she wouldn't disappoint. Diligent, Supportive & Knowledgeable

Ms. Joyce Wilkins Pollison was beyond helpful as our real estate attorney. We hired Ms. Pollison to assist with the closing of our home. There were unexpected complications with the buyer. Through her diligence & guidance we were able to complete the deal as promised. She made a difficult situation m...anageable. We were extremely grateful for her service.

Bad Behavior

Called Joyce Wilkins Pollison to discuss our situation. Ms Pollison became incredibly unpleasant 2-minutes into the conversation and said she was no longer interested in hearing our case. Before I could finish thanking her for her time, she hung-up abruptly.

Bank owned purchase

Joyce was extremely effective identifying and getting the sheriff's deed filed. The bank attorney repeatedly made mistakes on deed filing. Joyce came up with a solution and simultaneously filed both deeds taking matters into her own hands. Closing took place prior to lease expiring and we did not go... homeless. Joyce is someone who really cares!
