I hired Constance Stickle as my attorney for the re-evaluation of child support case. The initial retainer amount was $ 2500 , however the final bill was over $6000. During the process of the case I did most of the work myself, such as drafting my motion, reviewing documentation, the only thing tha...t attorney Constance Stickle did was file the paperwork with the court and she was also present at the hearing. I have expressed my wishes to Ms. Stickle as to how I wanted the case handled, she prolonged the final outcome as much as she could to have a reason to charge more money. Also Attorney Stickle flat out right refused to file a motion in court for me after my numerous requests to do so and insisted on her own course of action, which prolonged the case even more. I consistently had to contact her for responses, which were always delayed. Hiring her was a clear mistake, her lower retainer fee is used to attract customers which then have to pay much more as a result.
