Kevin T. Kutyla graduated Seton Hall University and University of Dayton Law School. In 1992, he passed both the New Jersey and New York State bar exams. He served as a law clerk to the Hon. Ronald B. Graves of the New Jersey Superior Court from 1992 to 93 and has now been in private practice for over 30 years.

Having second thoughts
Hired Mr. Kutyla for a workmans comp case for which I ended up having surgery. Trying to get this guy to give you a return phone call regarding any questions you may have is virtually impossible. Numerous messages to his voice mail and to the paralegal result in no returned calls.

Would give him zero stars if possible - Avoid at all costs
Kutyla took on my WC case and promised to advocate for me and secure medical care and TTD. Instead he sat on the case, never returned phone calls, did absolutely nothing to advocate for me. When opposing counsel created a B.S. WC fraud charges Kutyla wanted to throw in the towel as he never wants to...
