Kevin T. Kutyla graduated Seton Hall University and University of Dayton Law School. In 1992, he passed both the New Jersey and New York State bar exams. He served as a law clerk to the Hon. Ronald B. Graves of the New Jersey Superior Court from 1992 to 93 and has now been in private practice for over 30 years.

Great Workers Compensation Lawyer
I hired Kevin to be my attorney for a Workers' Compensation case. He was very thorough and articulate in the handling of my case. He always had my best interest at heart. I would use Kevin again if I need another Workers' Compensation or Personal Injury attorney.

Would give him zero stars if possible - Avoid at all costs
Kutyla took on my WC case and promised to advocate for me and secure medical care and TTD. Instead he sat on the case, never returned phone calls, did absolutely nothing to advocate for me. Stay away
Terrible experience, let my case expire and did not inform me until it was to late. Office workers are also inept. Do not hire.
Dropped the ball from the beginning. Was hired for a work related injury and failed to inform us about a proposed settlement offer. We would have accepted the offer but, he decided to refuse it and told us afterwards so, now we will most likely not get another offer. Then tells us that he doesn't...
