Anthony M. Arbore

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about my tickets and charges and informed me of what I needed to do in order to right my wrongs. He was friendly and patient as well. His secretary Kathy was also very kind and timely with answering emails and questions. Hopefully I have ...no further legal issues but if I do I would use Anthony again in a heartbeat.

My family and i recently hired Anthony Arbore for a very serious Criminal matter that one of my children was unfortunately involved in. I learned of Mr. Arbore's firm from a personal reference who had in the past had the same type of issues with one of his children and had hired Mr. Arbore for his so...ns defense. After an initial phone conference i was asked to provide any information i had to his office so he could review it before we actually sat down to discuss hiring him for the case. Once that was done we scheduled a meeting with Anthony at his office to meet in person and hear what he had to say. Anthony was very compassionate but also to the point. He laid out what the charges meant and the possible penalties attached to each one without sugar coating them (which i like). He then proceeded to explain to us an abbreviated plan of attack and what it would take to execute this plan should we hire him, which we did. Our particular case took approximately 9 months to get resolved and went very smoothly thanks to Anthony and his support team. Im very happy to say that our case came out with a very favorable result again thanks to Anthony's expertise. Above that Anthony never gave us any false hope but was always upbeat and supportive throughout the process which helped us cope with situation. I needed an attorney for my son who was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and drug paraphranalia, as well as receiving several MV summonses. These violations occurred several weeks apart in two different jurisdictions. Mr. Arbore was able to merge the violations into one court appea...rance as well as getting the summonses and paraphranalia violations dismissed. My son is "gladly" on a conditional, 1 yr. probation period whereas everything will be dismissed if he abides by the court's orders. Very pleased with Tony and do recommend him to anyone with similar charges.

I had two concurrent DWI charges. The first DWI charge, the more serious one, also had associated charges of reckless driving, resisting arrest and obstruction of justice. The second DWI charge had associated charges of reckless driving and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the motor ...vehicle. Mr. Arbore was able to get the second DWI conditional discharged with only a year probation. Regarding the first DWI charge, I plead guilt to the DWI but all other associated charges were also conditionally discharged. Because of Mr. Arbore's knowledge and expertise of the DWI laws, instead of losing my license for two years and having criminal charges on my record, I only lost my license for three months and ended up with a year probation on all other charges. I always felt that Mr. Arbore had my back. I could see from the court proceedings that he was highly regarded by the prosecutor and the judge. While checking in with the bailiff prior to my last appearance, he asked me who my attorney was. When I mentioned Mr. Arbore, he commented that I had the best attorney. Thank You Mr. Arbore!
